FAQs

  • No. This does not replace personal training or an athletic training program. The act of waking up before the birds, setting a goal and actualizing that goal is the purpose of this program.

  • ANYONE (aged 12-16) looking to enhance self-regulation, confidence and the link. As long as you maintain the requirements to be involved in the program you are not only welcome to every single class, it is a pleasure to have you.

  • Yes. Your invoice will include “Group Psychotherapy” in the description as well as my College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario number.

  • Any member of the group can join the class from their laptop, phone or tablet and set up their phone so the rest of the group can see them.

We begin with our workout of the day and transition into a discussion on a wide array of topics.

If you cannot make every class that is ok.

Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become. No single instance will transform your beliefs, but as the votes build up, so does the evidence of your new identity.
